Portrait of Elsy Ocejo

Operator first. Elsy has run the P&L, the distribution center, and the S&OP cycle, and now brings that experience to leadership teams that need it for a defined period.

She has led supply chain, logistics, and operations teams from a $90M industrial manufacturer to a $2B business unit of Grupo Bimbo, and built the first integrated supply chain organization at a family-owned food company. She works in English and Spanish across the US and Mexico, and is based in Houston.

Her focus is end-to-end supply chain and operations: S&OP, procurement, distribution and logistics, network design, customer service, and the technology and AI that support them.

  • Greenfield distribution center, zero disruption. Led planning and execution of a major greenfield launch in South Bend, Indiana, the first seamless transition in the business unit's history.
